Quizpedia has a very easy-to-use interface for recording and using audio as part of a quiz. Simply press the "plus" sign in the app to open the audio recorder.
To record the answers as well as the question, use either letters or numbers to indicate different answers.
You can use this to train your students' verbal skills. Divide them into groups, and ask each group to make a quiz on a given subject. All questions must be added as a recording. All group members must narrate one or two questions, so that all students are involved in the process.
When all the quizzes are done, tell the groups to make the quizzes available to the whole class, and tell all students to take the quizzes. This way, you are training both speaking and listening skills.
